Wishing You A PINK Christmas

Yes...it really is me...REALLY!
Yes, I know I haven't blogged in a long, long time!
But here I am...and I hope you enjoy some PINK Christmas!

I adore bottle brush trees...some I have bought already decorated...some I have decorated myself.  PINK, AQUA, and CREAM are my favorite!!!
And nothing beats a PINK Santa...and holding a bottle brush tree, no less!  Eeekkkk!!!  :)
And cloches...with bottle brush trees....too much!  :)

Vintage ornaments are the BEST!

I got my small trees decorated already!

LOVE this wreath!!!

Well, I'm off to get up the rest of my decorations...but I wanted to share my PINK ones with you this Saturday!  Be sure to head over to Beverly's to check out MORE PINK CHRISTMAS SATURDAY!!!

Many Blessings,

What To Do With...Vintage Jewelry

I am a collector of many things, but vintage jewelry is at the top of my list!  I scour flea markets, yard and estate sales, Etsy, Ebay, etc. finding wonderful goodies for my collection...and I surely don't pay much for any of it!

I've been going through my vintage jewelry collection to get ready for tomorrow!

Yes, I am joining Andrea in her e*course for Vintage Trinket Jewelry To say I am excited is a major understatement!  I have been a follower of Andrea, her blog, Everyday Beauty, and her shop, One Hundred Wishes for a number of years!  This lady is insanely talented!  And if you want to get in on it, you still can...there is NO LIMIT and you will have access to all videos for 6 months.  And the kicker...it is ONLY $10...OMG What are you waiting for?  RUN on over to Andrea's and get registered!!!  Hope to see you there!!!

Sum..Sum...Summertime!

I am SO EXCITED that my Summer Break has officially started!  I have so many plans...I just can't wait!

My Daddy is already here, visiting from Texas until June 18.  We have enjoyed sitting on the porch, sipping our morning coffee, and chatting about everything!

Our sweet grangirl will be here all next week, and we have LOTS planned...slumber parties, swimming, playing dress-up, having tea parties and picnics...etc. etc.  I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Then later this month, we have rented a cabin in the Smoky Mountains...our favorite place!  So much to do in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg...and a GREAT place to RELAX!!!

In July, I am joining in on Andrea Singarella's Vintage Trinket Jewelry E*Course!  I have always been a HUGE fan of this very talented lady, so to say I'm excited is a HUGE understatement!  You really should check it out...it is ONLY $10!!!  OMG, how awesome is that!
Until next time...
Summer Blessings,

Happy Fall Y'all

Autumn is here...my favorite time of year.  Beautiful colors of crimson, orange, and gold.  You can already feel it in the air.  Such a huge contrast to the summer heat!

AND...It's football time in Tennessee...and Gramma has the sweetest little Vols cheerleader, EVER!

   Happy Fall Everyone!

Getting Ready for the Red, White, and Blue

With a busy school year, Kenny finishing up classes and graduating, family in so many locations now, I haven't had a chance to do something like this in quite a while.  Since the boys have moved out, and have families of their own, it's just Kenny and me in this empty nest.  Our oldest is not too far away, so we get to see them often.  However, with my other son and his sweet little family further away, their work schedules, etc., we don't get to see them as often as I'd like.
Anyway, even though it might just be the two of us celebrating the 4th at our house, I decided to decorate anyway.  [I set a place for my oldest son and his girlfriend, in hopes that they get to be here!]
I LOVE mixing/matching my place settings.
 I just think it's FUN!
[And I love using vintage sheets for tablecloths!]
It's just a small, quaint little setting, but that's all the two of us [ but hopefully 4 of us, at least] need.  Our backdoor neighbors always put on quite a fireworks show, so we can see them from our screened-in porch.  Simple but sweet, I think.

Today, I'm linking to Rednesday.  Head over and check out all the red that's being shared!
Happy 4th of July everyone!
Stay safe and have lots of FUN!
Blessings,
Rebecca
